Conditions of participation for HEAT.me Moments
Your adventure with HEAT.me - Join in and win!
1. who can take part?
Anyone aged 16 and over worldwide can take part in the competition. Whether you are a pupil, student, professional or pensioner - show us your most creative HEAT.me moments with your HEAT.me Lunchbox or your HEAT.me Starter Kit! Participation is free; no purchase is necessary.
2. duration of the competition
The competition runs from March 1, 2024 to July 30, 2025, 11:59 p.m.
3. conditions of participation
Upload your photo or video and show us how you use your HEAT.me Lunchbox or Starter Kit in your everyday life - be it hiking, in the office or anywhere else. You can submit as many entries as you like to increase your chances of winning!
Make sure that you own the rights to the photos and videos you submit. You must be the sole author and not infringe any third-party rights.
4. profits
Our jury awards prizes to the best entries:
- 20 HEAT.me pads for each published photo
- 50 HEAT.me Pads for every published video review
- 100 HEAT.me Pads for every published video story
We will pay the shipping costs.
5. selection of the winners
Every 14 days, our jury selects the most creative and impressive photos and videos and publishes them on our website and on social media. Each published entry will be rewarded with 20, 50 or 100 HEAT.me Pads. We will notify winners by email within 7 working days of publication.
6. use of your photos and videos
By participating, you give us the right to use your photo or video worldwide, for an unlimited period of time and in any form. This includes use on our website, in social media and in other advertising materials.
7. would you like to be mentioned by name?
If you would like to be mentioned when your contribution is published, please enter your name or a nickname that we can use.
8 Important notes
- Own content: All photos and videos submitted must be your own. If other people appear in them, make sure you have their permission to publish them.
- Disclaimer of liability: We are not liable for damages arising in connection with participation in the competition, in particular for technical faults, loss of data, legal infringements by third parties or psychological stress.

- No AI-generated imagesPlease only submit real photos and videos. Pornographic or racist content is expressly forbidden.

In order to run the competition smoothly, we need some personal data. We only use these for:
- Notification of winnings and dispatch: If you win, we will contact you and send you your HEAT.me pads.
- Naming on publication (optional): If you would like to be mentioned, please enter your name or nickname.

We only collect the data that is absolutely necessary:
- E-mail address: to contact you if you win.
- Name (optional): if you wish to be named in the publication.
- Shipping address: for shipping the HEAT.me pads.

- Make sure the background is uncluttered and free of distracting elements
- Avoid brand logos other products in the picture
- Make sure that no people are visible in the background without being asked
- Take advantage of the golden hour: Shortly after sunrise or before sunset for the best outdoor shots
- Take several shots and choose the best one - it's worth trying again for special moments!
- Clean your camera lens before you get started.

- Make sure that your voice clear and distinct can be heard without disturbing background noise.
- Avoid too many cuts or fast movements - a flowing clip is more pleasant to look at.
- Test the volume in advance - speak clearly and check that your voice is well received.
