  • In summer or in warmer temperatures we recommend keeping the food in the lunchbox for a maximum of 2-3 hours without refrigeration to ensure the freshness and safety of the food. You should be particularly careful with perishable ingredients (such as meat, seafood or dairy products) and heat the food as quickly as possible or keep it very cool.

If your food has not got really hot, this may be due to several factors:

  5. Age of the HEAT.me pad: If the HEAT.me pad is damaged or old (this applies if you are reading this question in 2028), it may have lost its effectiveness. So keep the pad in a dry place away from light. This will ensure that it continues to work for years after purchase.

If you want to enjoy eggs in the lunchbox, we recommend hard-boiling them beforehand and then simply warming them in the lunchbox.

No, the HEAT.me lunchbox does not reach boiling point, so water cannot be brought to the boil. However, this has the advantage that your food does not boil over and its nutrients are not lost.
