Fill with food
Fill your lunchbox with a home-cooked or ready-made meal. Add a little water - this helps to warm it up - and then put the lunch box in the lunch bag.
Add heating pad
Place the heating pad into the protective sleeve and use it as a base for the lunchbox. Make sure the pad evenly covers the bottom – this ensures optimal heat distribution.
Activate & close
Pour 60 ml of water into the protective sleeve and close the lunch bag. The heating process now begins. After 15–30 minutes, your meal is hot (time depends on consistency & ambient temperature).
Open & enjoy
Open the lunch bag and pull out the lunchbox using the silicone strap. Release the freshness valve on the lid – this makes it easy to remove. Enjoy your meal!
