Safety instructions
- Keep the PREMIUM Lunchbox Kit and the HEAT.me Pads out of the reach of children. Children under the age of 14 may only use the HEAT.me Pads under supervision.
- Risk of burns! The HEAT.me pads can reach temperatures of up to 95°C. Do not touch them during or immediately after heating.
- The HEAT.me pads release a small amount of hydrogen gas, which is flammable, on contact with water. Only use the product in well-ventilated areas and keep it away from sources of ignition such as fire, sparks or open flames. Do not smoke during use.
- Keep your hands and face away from the steam valve when heating food to avoid scalding.
- The lunchbox must not be used in the microwave, as metal can cause sparks. Do not use the lunchbox in the oven either, as the high temperatures can damage the silicone seal and other parts.
- Only place the lunch box on heat-resistant surfaces or the silicone coaster provided to avoid damaging sensitive surfaces.
- Do not store highly acidic foods (such as vinegar or citrus fruits) in the stainless steel lunch box for long periods as this can lead to discoloration.
- Do not use sharp utensils in the lunch box to avoid damaging the surface.

How does heating with the HEAT.me pads work?
Heating your food is simple and straightforward: First, place a HEAT.me heating pad (with protective cover) on the base of the lunchbox included in the kit. Then pour 60 ml of water from the dosing bottle over the heating pad and place your filled 800 ml stainless steel lunchbox directly on top. Finally, close the lunchbox. The pad then generates heat, which warms your food.
How warm will my food get with the heating pads and how long will it take?
The temperature that your food reaches depends mainly on two factors: the consistency of the food and the ambient temperature. In colder environments, heating takes a little longer and the final temperature may be lower than in warmer environments. Liquid dishes such as soups are generally hotter than very solid dishes.
Practical examples:
- Soups: approx. 70-80 °C
- Pasta dishes: approx. 65-70 °C
- Solid foods such as falafel, meatballs or schnitzel: approx. 55-65 °C
A soup is hot after about 15 minutes, and pre-cooked or ready meals are hot after 20 to 30 minutes.

Proper care ensures the longevity and hygiene of your HEAT.me PREMIUM Lunchbox Kit. Please observe the following instructions for optimum cleaning and maintenance of all components:
Cleaning the stainless steel lunch box
- The stainless steel lunch box is not only robust, but also easy to clean.
- Dishwasher safe: You can easily clean the lunch box in the dishwasher.
- Hand cleaning: If you prefer to wash them by hand, warm water with a little washing-up liquid is perfectly sufficient.
- Avoid drying and water stains: After washing, you can simply leave the lunch box to air dry. To avoid unsightly limescale stains, dry it with a soft cloth immediately after washing.
Cleaning the lunch bag and protective cover (booster cover)
- The lunch bag and the protective cover are made of high-quality, durable materials that are easy to clean.
- Suitable for washing machines: Both the TPU lunch bag and the protective cover can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C. It is best to wash them in a laundry net to protect the materials.
- Drying: Simply leave them to air dry after washing - do not put them in the dryer as the heat could damage the material.
Cleaning the water bottle
- The PET water bottle is reusable and easy to clean.
- Hand cleaning: It is best to wash the water bottle with warm water and a little washing-up liquid. If necessary, use a bottle brush to thoroughly clean the base of the bottle.
- Not dishwasher safe: The bottle is not suitable for the dishwasher as the heat could deform the material.

This is How It Works with a Lunchbox
1. fill the lunch box
with a ready meal or a home-cooked meal. Add a little water to speed up the heating process and then put the lunch box in the lunch bag.
2. place the heating pad
into the protective cover and use it as a base for the lunch box. Make sure that the heating pad covers the entire base of the lunch box. This ensures that the heat is distributed evenly.
3. pour 60 ml water
with the dosing bottle into the protective cover and close the lunch bag. Depending on the dish and ambient temperature, it will now take 15 to 30 minutes until your food is warm.
4. after 15 to 30 minutes
you can open the lunch bag and pull out the lunch box by the silicone strap. Open the vent valve in the lid to make it easier to remove. Enjoy your meal!
How to heat a ready meal
Not in the mood to cook? Grab a ready-made or microwave meal from the supermarket and heat it up directly in your Lunchbox Kit!
Here’s how it works:
- Place the ready meal (still in its original packaging*) and a heating pad into the Lunchbag.
- Pour 60 ml of water over the heating pad.
