The shipping costs at HEAT.me are 4.90 EUR. From an order value of 49 EUR we deliver your order free of charge.
We ship daily with DHL - also to packing stations. Small parts that fit into an envelope are sent by Deutsche Post.
European Union + selected European countries
We charge for deliveries to the EU and the countries listed below:
- Up to 500 g: 7 EUR
- 501 g to 1000 g: 13 EUR
- For each additional kilogram or part thereof: EUR 1 extra.
We deliver exclusively with DHL as a parcel or with Deutsche Post as an international consignment.
The EU countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (southern part).
The selected European countries include: Andorra, UK, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus.
Switzerland + Liechtenstein
We charge for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
- Up to 500 g: 7 EUR
- 501 g to 1000 g: 13 EUR
- For each additional kilogram or part thereof: EUR 2.90 extra.
Here too, we deliver with DHL as a parcel or Deutsche Post as an international consignment.
Europe (Rest of countries)
We charge for deliveries to the countries listed below:
- Up to 500 g: 9 EUR
- 501 g to 1000 g: 17 EUR
- For each additional kilogram or part thereof: EUR 1.40 extra.
These countries include: Albania, Bosnia, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Moldova, Serbia and Ukraine.
Turkey and selected countries in the Middle East
We charge for deliveries to Turkey and the following countries:
- Up to 500 g: 9 EUR
- 501 g to 1000 g: 13 EUR
- Up to 2000 g: 27 EUR
- For each additional kilogram: EUR 1.60 extra.
These countries include: Egypt, Israel, Morocco, Tunisia and Turkey.
USA, Canada, Japan, India, China and more
We charge for deliveries to the countries listed below:
- Up to 500 g: 11 EUR
- 501 g to 1000 g: 29,90 EUR
- For each additional kilogram or part thereof: an additional EUR 3.45.
These countries include: Bahrain, India, Japan, Canada, Qatar, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, USA.

We charge for deliveries to these regions:

Care instructions for the protective cover
- Machine washable at 40°C: It is best to place the protective cover in a laundry net to protect the material.
- Not suitable for tumble drying: Allow the cover to air dry after washing.
- Avoid aggressive cleaning agents or bleach: A mild detergent is sufficient to keep the cover clean.
- Regular cleaning recommended: This keeps the cover hygienic and in optimum condition.

Our protective cover has been specially developed to improve the heat distribution of the heating pad. Thanks to its material properties, it ensures an even release of energy and thus contributes to optimum heating of the food.
Technology that keeps you clean
Our heating pad is a real powerhouse, but heating it up releases magnesium, which is deposited as a white film on your lunch box. But don't worry!
Our special protective cover is the solution. It forms an invisible barrier that keeps your lunch box clean while allowing water to pass through to the heating pad. This keeps your lunch box spotless - meal after meal. And if a small deposit does form? No problem, it can be easily removed with a kitchen sponge.
Washable and reusable
Our protective cover is not only robust and durable, but also incredibly easy to clean.
We have made them from a special material that you can easily store in the Washing machine at 30°C can be washed. So it's clean and ready for use again in no time at all - time and time again.
Easy handling and disposal
After use, the protective cover makes it easy to dispose of the cooled heating pad without direct contact. You can simply empty the heating pad from the cover into the waste garbage can, making the process more hygienic and convenient.
