It is absolutely essential to ensure safe and efficient heat transfer.
Can the protective cover withstand the heat of the pad?
Yes, the protective cover is made from a specially selected, heat-resistant and durable material. It can easily withstand the high temperatures of the activated HEAT.me pad (up to 95°C) and has been developed to ensure the longevity of the lunchbox and make handling safer.
What material is the protective cover made of?
The protective cover is made of a high-quality, robust and heat-resistant material that is optimized for long-term use with the HEAT.me pads and guarantees a long service life.
How do I clean the protective cover?
The protective cover is very easy to care for: you can wash it in the washing machine at 30°C. It is best to use a laundry net to further protect the material. After washing, simply leave the cover to air dry - please do not put it in the dryer as the heat could damage the material.

Care instructions for the protective cover
- Machine washable at 40°C: It is best to place the protective cover in a laundry net to protect the material.
- Not suitable for tumble drying: Allow the cover to air dry after washing.
- Avoid aggressive cleaning agents or bleach: A mild detergent is sufficient to keep the cover clean.
- Regular cleaning recommended: This keeps the cover hygienic and in optimum condition.

Our protective cover has been specially developed to improve the heat distribution of the heating pad. Thanks to its material properties, it ensures an even release of energy and thus contributes to optimum heating of the food.

Our heating pad is a real powerhouse, but heating it up releases magnesium, which is deposited as a white film on your lunch box. But don't worry!
