How do we ensure that reviews are authentic?
If you have made a purchase with us and agreed to send us a review request, you will receive an email with a link to the review. Alternatively, you can leave a review directly on the product page. For this option, we need your name and e-mail address to ensure that the reviews come from real buyers.
We only publish reviews from customers who have used the rated product - such as our HEAT.me Lunchbox Kit or an accessory - actually bought from us. This is how we ensure that the experiences are authentic. Each review is checked by us and activated after successful verification.
