The shipping costs at HEAT.me are 4.90 EUR. From an order value of 49 EUR we deliver your order free of charge.
We ship daily with DHL - also to packing stations. Small parts that fit into an envelope are sent by Deutsche Post.
European Union + selected European countries
We charge for deliveries to the EU and the countries listed below:
- Up to 500 g: 7 EUR
- 501 g to 1000 g: 13 EUR
- For each additional kilogram or part thereof: EUR 1 extra.
We deliver exclusively with DHL as a parcel or with Deutsche Post as an international consignment.
The EU countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (southern part).

Switzerland + Liechtenstein
We charge for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
- Up to 500 g: 7 EUR
- 501 g to 1000 g: 13 EUR
- For each additional kilogram or part thereof: EUR 2.90 extra.
Here too, we deliver with DHL as a parcel or Deutsche Post as an international consignment.
Europe (Rest of countries)
We charge for deliveries to the countries listed below:
- Up to 500 g: 9 EUR
- 501 g to 1000 g: 17 EUR
- For each additional kilogram or part thereof: EUR 1.40 extra.
These countries include: Albania, Bosnia, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Moldova, Serbia and Ukraine.
Turkey and selected countries in the Middle East
We charge for deliveries to Turkey and the following countries:
- Up to 500 g: 9 EUR
- 501 g to 1000 g: 13 EUR
- Up to 2000 g: 27 EUR
- For each additional kilogram: EUR 1.60 extra.
These countries include: Egypt, Israel, Morocco, Tunisia and Turkey.
USA, Canada, Japan, India, China and more
We charge for deliveries to the countries listed below:
- Up to 500 g: 11 EUR
- 501 g to 1000 g: 29,90 EUR
- For each additional kilogram or part thereof: an additional EUR 3.45.
These countries include: Bahrain, India, Japan, Canada, Qatar, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, USA.

We charge for deliveries to these regions:

Safety instructions
- Do not fill with boiling water: Do not fill the bottle with boiling or very hot water (over 60°C), as PET could become deformed and the bottle could be damaged.
- Do not use in the microwave: The PET dosing bottle is not suitable for use in the microwave. High temperatures can damage the material and release harmful substances.
- No freezing: Do not freeze the vial, as the material could crack or break due to the expansion of the frozen contents.
- Cleaning instructions: Only clean the bottle by hand with warm water and mild washing-up liquid. It is not dishwasher-safe as high temperatures can deform the material.
- Close properly: Make sure the cap is tight to prevent leakage or dripping.
- Pay attention to food contact: Only use the bottle for water or other non-carbonated drinks so as not to damage the material.
- Do not use sharp utensils: Avoid using metal sponges or other abrasive cleaning utensils as they can damage the surface.
- Storage: Store the vial in a dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the material from ageing.
- Sustainable use: PET is durable and reusable. In the event of visible damage or heavy wear and tear, dispose of the bottle in an environmentally friendly manner.

Cleaning the dosing bottle - keeping it like new
I. Hand wash recommended
It is best to clean the bottle by hand with warm water and a mild detergent. This will prevent damage and preserve the material quality.
Avoid the use of aggressive chemicals or abrasive cleaning agents, as these can damage the surface of the vial.
