Terms and conditions of the "Lunchbox Kit" competition
1. Organizer
The competition is organized by: HEAT.me by ZNEX Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG | Münchhofstr. 12 | 79106 Freiburg
2. participation
All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to take part.
You can take part by leaving a comment under the corresponding TikTok video with the word "#Lunchbox Kit".
Only one participation per person is possible.
Employees of the organizer are excluded.
3. profit
Among all valid comments 30 lunchbox kits raffled off. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.
4th procedure
The competition starts with the publication of the video and ends on 14.09.2025, 23:00.
The winners will be drawn at random and notified via TikTok.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the claim expires and a replacement winner will be chosen.
5 Liability & data protection
The competition is in no way connected to TikTok and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by TikTok.
Only the data that is required for participation (TikTok name) will be processed. This data will only be used to determine the prize and will be deleted after completion.
