- The HEAT.me pads release a small amount of hydrogen gas on contact with water, which is flammable. Only use the pads in well-ventilated areas and keep them away from sources of ignition such as fire, sparks or naked flames.
- Do not smoke while using the HEAT.me pads to avoid the risk of ignition.
- The HEAT.me pads are intended for single use only and should be disposed of properly after use. Dispose of the pads in the residual waste and not in the recycling or organic waste garbage can.
- Store the HEAT.me pads in a dry place and protect them from moisture before use.
- Only use the HEAT.me pads as specified. Improper use can lead to injury or damage.

How does a HEAT.me pad work?
A HEAT.me pad generates heat through an exothermic reaction as soon as it comes into contact with water. It contains a special blend of minerals that, when combined with water, safely and efficiently release heat to warm your food.
How warm does my food get with the HEAT.me pads and how long does it take?
The temperature that your food reaches and the duration of the heating process depend on the consistency of the food and the ambient temperature. Liquid dishes (e.g. soups) generally become hotter and warm up more quickly than very solid dishes.
Practical examples:
- Soups: approx. 70-80 °C in about 15 minutes
- Solid foods such as pre-cooked meals: approx. 55-65 °C in 20-30 minutes
Are HEAT.me pads reusable?
No, HEAT.me pads are designed for single use. After activation and use, they must be disposed of in accordance with the disposal instructions.
Can I use the HEAT.me Pads with any box?
The HEAT.me pads have been specially developed for safe and efficient use with the HEAT.me lunchboxes (Premium Lunchbox Kit and GRILL & CHILL Lunchbox). Use in other containers is not recommended as the material, ventilation and fit are designed to work together for optimum results and safety.

1. fill your lunch box
with a ready meal or a home-cooked meal. Add a little water to speed up the heating process and then put the lunch box in the lunch bag.
2. place the heating pad
into the protective cover and use it as a base for the lunchbox. Make sure that the heating pad covers the entire base of the lunchbox. This ensures that the heat is distributed evenly.
3. pour 60 ml water
with the dosing bottle into the protective cover and then close the lunch bag. Depending on the dish and ambient temperature, it will now take 15 to 30 minutes until your food is hot.
4. after 15 to 30 minutes
you can open the lunch bag and pull out the lunch box by the silicone strap. Open the freshness valve in the lid to make it easier to remove the lid. Enjoy your meal!
