- For each additional kilogram or part thereof: EUR 1 extra.

Important instructions for safe use
- Supervision during heating: Do not leave the lunch bag unattended during the heating process.
- Ventilation: Ensure sufficient ventilation during heating, as the heating pad releases small amounts of hydrogen gas.
- Not in closed rooms: Do not use the lunch bag with the heating pad in closed, poorly ventilated rooms (e.g. in a car), as this can lead to a build-up of gases.
- Leave to cool after heating: Allow the lunch bag and heating pad to cool completely after heating before touching or storing them.
- Child supervision: Children may only use the lunch bag and heating pad under supervision.

Is the HEAT.me lunch bag insulated?
The HEAT.me lunch bag is made of robust TPU and is primarily designed to safely transport and protect your lunchboxes. While the material has a certain insulating property, the lunch bag is not intended as an actively insulating cooler bag in the conventional sense. For effective cooling, we recommend using it in combination with the HEAT.me GRILL & CHILL lunch box and the COOL.me cool pack.
Is the lunch bag waterproof or leak-proof?
The HEAT.me lunch bag is made of high-quality TPU, which is very robust and water-repellent. It reliably protects against moisture from the outside and keeps small amounts of condensation or light spills inside. To ensure absolute spill protection for larger quantities of liquid, we always recommend transporting your food and drinks in tightly sealed containers inside the lunch bag.
What size is the lunch bag and what fits inside?
The HEAT.me lunch bag measures 28x20cm. It is specially designed to perfectly and securely enclose both the HEAT.me GRILL & CHILL lunch box and the HEAT.me Premium lunch box (with the 800 ml stainless steel insert). It also offers enough space for smaller extras such as our water bottle, cutlery or snacks.
How do I clean the HEAT.me lunch bag?
Cleaning the lunch bag is very easy: it can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C. To protect the material as much as possible, we recommend washing it in a laundry net. After washing, simply leave it to air dry - please do not put it in the dryer as the heat could damage the material.
What material is the lunch bag made of?
The HEAT.me lunch bag is made of high-quality and durable TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). This material is characterized by its robustness, flexibility, water repellency and durability and is also safe for contact with food.

So your lunch bag stays beautiful and hygienic for a long time
- Easy to clean: The lunch bag is easy to clean. If necessary, wipe it out with a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid.
- Interior cleaning: Remove leftover food and crumbs regularly to prevent the build-up of bacteria and unpleasant odors.
- Machine wash: The lunch bag is machine washable up to 60°C. Remove all loose parts and close the zipper before washing. Choose a delicate wash cycle.
- Do not tumble dry: Do not dry the lunch bag in the dryer, as the heat can deform or damage the material.
- Drying: After washing or cleaning, leave the lunch bag to dry completely before using or storing it again.
- Storage: Store the lunch bag in a dry and clean place to prolong its life.
